Change location for reports

I started make reports for all departments of my company 2 years ago. I have about 5-6 desktop files that I have published on "My workplace" on the web. I have also shared the reports with approx. 100 persons.

Now I am leaving the company and wants to publish these reports on a shared workplace. 

Do I have to "re-share" the reports to all the users, send them new links, update gateways, set updating intervals etc all over again or is there a more time efficent way to do this?
