Hi! I created a report in PowerBI service (on a dataset that I published from Desktop). Now I want the same report on different data sources.
I tried two ways, but both are not possible:
1. Change datasource in Desktop and publish it again -> Report in PowerBI service does not connect with new sources
2. Wanted to download the Report in PowerBI service as pbix -> Not possible because report has not been created in Desktop
Is there any way I can do this? I'm afraid I have to rebuild my whole dashboard....

Hi. I'm sorry but you can't. You should always start developing from Desktop in order to keep backups, versioning and modification possibilities.
Sadly you need to connect a pbix file to the dataset and rebuild the report you have created online. Once you have the file connected you can change the sources if you have different environments or things like that. Even copy paste from pbix to pbix 😛
I hope that helps,
