    Hi THar01 ,

     

    At this time this is not possible in the Service.  However, you can make a template in Power BI for the look and feel to be consistent.  I think this is a good idea, please see if one exists in the ideas section for this already, or create your own and then come back and let us know the link so we can vote for it to.
