Change The Look/Theme Of The Default Workspace?

I've been asked to investigate the possibility of changing the default look of our workspaces from the default look:

 

 

To something like this:

 

 

Thing is, I'm pretty sure the second image isn't from an actual BI workspace, but something like Teams. Still, is there a way to add or change a "theme" for the BI workspace?

    Hi THar01 ,

     

    At this time this is not possible in the Service.  However, you can make a template in Power BI for the look and feel to be consistent.  I think this is a good idea, please see if one exists in the ideas section for this already, or create your own and then come back and let us know the link so we can vote for it to.
