Change KPI display from Negative to possitive

You should build your reports in desktop, not service. Read why at my blog here http://exceleratorbi.com.au/top-10-tips-getting-started-power-bi/
click on the formatter tab (paint roller). You would see an option to change the direction of tpwhat constitutes good and bad. Can't remember what it is called, but it is one of the first few

In this scenario, since the trend is descending, it supposes to display a negative value. This is by design in visual. Without using DAX to create another field, I don’t think you can get the positive values displayed in visual. I notice that you are using a custom visual for KPI published by Anonymous. So I would suggest you to add a request to him in the comments here, so that this custom visual may have an option to show negative for KPI in future.
