Certified Dataset - not showing at top of list

I am an admin and have certified a dataset but when users go to create from a dataset, the certified dataset is not showing at the top of the list.  Is there something I should do apart from "certifying" the dataset to get it to show at the top?

@pmreis Thanks for your response. I definitely certified the dataset and users do have premission to it however I'm not sure about your workspace comment.  How do what version a workspace is?  Thanks!

Hi @mlucking 

Here are 3 points you can check to try to identify the issue:

1. Workspace Version: Ensure you're using a Workspace in Power BI that's in the new experience (v2). The older workspaces (v1) might not prioritize certified datasets in the same way.

2. Dataset Endorsement: Apart from certifying a dataset, there's also a "Promoted" status. Ensure that the dataset is indeed "Certified" and not just "Promoted".

3. User Permissions: Ensure that the users have the appropriate permissions to view and use the certified dataset. If they don't have access, they won't see it.
