Is there a document or a post about the certificate authority used by Microsoft to encrypt the Power BI data (at rest and in transit)?

Though very informative, those documents do not provide information of the certifiation authorities (CA).

I have found a list of the CA allowed for usage of custom HTTPS in Azure -  Allowed certificate authorities for enabling custom HTTPS . I am looking for a similar list of CA used by Microsoft for securing Power BI data.
