Cascading value not selecting when the parameter value change

Am developed one report in Paginated report builder, In this report have 5 parameter like param1, param2, param3, param4, param5,
In Power BI Service for the first time run, data is loading for the all the parameter but when i change again the first parameter value, the other parameters are not loading accordingly.
