Card with Picture: Gap between Figure and Text in Service

Hi! When I create a card in Desktop, there is no gap between the figure and the text underneath, but when I post the dashboard to Service, there is a very obvious gap (see marked yellow below). Why is that?

I have found out that, if I make the picture smaller in Service, then the gap also becomes smaller. However, this is not an acceptable solution because it does not make sense to have a very small picture.

Can someone suggest a better solution?

    Hi  AntonN ,

     

    Are you using Card(new) Visual?

    You can check Visual -Format - Callout - Spacing ,to see if the Vertical spacing is the same in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service.

    Can you provide the version numbers for Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service:

    Power BI Desktop：Help – About – Version

    Power BI Service： click ?(Help&Support) – About Power BI

    If you Power BI Desktop is not the latest version, you can check and update it to the latest version by following the link below and upload it to Power BI Service to see if the gap between the graphs and the text is consistent.

    If it's convenient, can you share sample data and sample output in table format? Or a sample pbix after removing sensitive data. We can better understand the problem and help you.

    Hi Anonymous , thanks for helping out!

     

    Yes, I am using Card(new).

    I do not have an option to upload and share files here. Anyway, when I post any file with Card(new) to Service, the gap appears, even though it is not there in Desktop. The spacing is 8, both in Desktop and Service. Nothing happens, when I decrease the spacing in Service.
