Card visual to showcase Gen 2 capacity utilization.

By using the Power BI Premium app dataset, we are trying to create a KPI visual which tells the percentage utilization of overall capacity and gives the idea of how many more artifacts (datasets/dataflows/reports) can be accommodated in that capacity.

Can a KPI card visual be created to determine the overall capacity utilization (cumulative by interactive and background operations) from the data captured through a Gen2 metric app?
