Thank you very much Anonymous for taking your time to reply. We have tried all the options (we have cleared the cashes, signed out, signed in again, etc and still it doesn't work). The user who is unable to see the data, is an Workspace Admin like me and RLS is not applied in the semantic model.
Same browser version, up to date, it's very very strange. Next step is to raise a ticket to PowerBI Help Desk...
I will come back here if I have further updates and if I manage somehow to sort out this issue.
