Card Fonts Sometimes Changes?

Hi&nbsp;&nbsp;Sometimes when hovering over visuals my Card fonts enlarge horribly?what could be causing this? i am only hovering around not clicking on anything&nbsp;&nbsp;this is what it looks like before it sometimes changes ...&nbsp;
