Hello,
I am PBI admin with PPU license, and yet I cannot access Capacity settings in PBI admin portal. Could you please help me understand why this is?
My idea was to try to expand on the max timeout per loading our views to PBI, as we often hit the timeout message.
Thank you,
Lena

Hi @Lena85 ,
You have to be a global admin or Power BI service admin to access the Power BI admin portal.
If you can't access capacity settings in PBI admin portal, please check if your PPU license has expired.
For more information, please refer to: Manage Capacity settings - Power BI | Microsoft Learn
