Cant get data when using Datamart.

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has come across the issue below before?

The strange thing is that we have a gateway cluster setup and it's working fine when retrieving data from sql databases and excel files.

The first screenshot is the error when trying to connect a sql database and the second is what happens when trying to get data from an excel source. 

Any assistance would be greatly apprciated.
