Cannot upload pbix files to workspace with dedicated embed capacity

Not able to upload nay pbix files to a workspace which is having Embed Capacity (A4 SKU). Not able to switch to a different capacity either

Some questions:

1. What's the error message?

2. People with which role cannot upload files? 

3. Do the people have a Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license or service principal to add reports to a Power BI workspace?

Hi @nitinsai123 !

Please make sure you have appropriate previliges on the workspace to be able to load new content to it.

Also, you can try publishing to your Personal Workspace.
