Cannot update the connection references in Power BI APP

What is the source type for the Excel file?
If the Excel file is stored in OneDrive for Business or SharePoint, it must:
- Be referenced with a web-based URL (starting with https://).
- Use OAuth2 for authentication (your organizational login).
- Appear in Power BI under “Web” or “SharePoint Folder” as the source type.
If you reference your excel file using a local or mapped path then Power BI will require an on-premise data gateway, and only windows authentication will be available which will fail if you don’t have a gateway set up.

The source was a local map, but I transformed and replaced it to a OneDrive map as a file and then referenced the web-based URL.
Now it works perfect.
