Cannot update app - receiving 'Failed to publish app' message

Hi, I cannot update my app - I'm getting this message: 'Failed to publish app.'

I had no such issues in the past.

Any idea what is wrong?

I opened support ticket, but the issues solved itself somehow - probably there was something blocked and I needed to give it some time (1-2 days) to unblock - not sure what exactly though.
