Cannot see the Enterprise getaway create by Admin

Hello friends

I need someone to shed some lights on the below problem

We have developed .pbix  that contain 3  ODBC data sources.  When we publish it to the service  it DOES  recognize  the enterprise  getaway created by portal admin to refresh  the data. We can refresh the data and everything works just fine.

So far so good, later on we needed to  create append query in the PBI file to make it as one big table. Then when we published that modified report it stopped recognize  the enterprise   getaway created by portal admin . Only personal getaway seen   which was install previously .

Some details

ODBC_Japan (queries AS400 in Japan)

ODBC_India (queries AS400 in India)

ODBC_AllData (queries AS400 in the USA)

Portal Admin created the enterprise  getaway with IP address  and named it ODBC_AllData (we see the enterprise  getaway ODBC_AllData when the data sources are separated (3 tables per country ) in  .pbix)

Why ? How can we solve the problem?

    Hi Urid1969,

I made a test here to connect 3 ODBC data sources , although I appended the queries and republish the report to service, everything went well. Could you please check whether you have added all the data sources to the gateway and if the connection strings matched in desktop and gateway? Kindly share your screenshots of your date source settings in desktop and gateway to me.

    Regards,

    Frank

      Hello, thanks for the input

Yes, we checked  the data source (connection string) in the desctop and in server and they perfectly matched...We alo added the 3 ODBC to the gateway on the server...

What do you think we can check out next?
