Cannot see Refresh Now option on left panel for Dataset

Hi,    I added 2 scheduled refreshes to a Dataset but I no longer see the option to "Refresh Now" the dataset from the left side pane > three dots.    I do see the option for another Dataset whic...

What access rights do they have to the workspace?
Can you (now you have access), check the permissions of the dataset for those users?
That's under Manage Permissions under the 3 dots.
