Cannot pin custom shape map to a dashboard

I cannot pin a custom shape map to a dashboard. I get the message: "sorry can't pin the visualization yet try again later".

I can see the map without problem in the report, both desktop and service. So I cannot see in mobile PBI.

Help will be appreciated!

    Hi jcaranibar,

    Do you use custom map when creating shape map in Power BI Desktop? Based on my test, when I use built-in maps to create a shape map visual, I can successfully pin the shape map to dashboard as follows.


    However, when I use custom map, I get the same error message as yours when I pin the shape map to dashboard. But I am able to pin live page of the shape map to dashboard. Do you successfully pin live page in your scenario?

      Exactly. With live page is ok. The problem is pinning the custom shape map to a dashboard tile.
