Cannot pin custom shape map to a dashboard

[ Spoiler ] I cannot pin a custom shape map to a dashboard. I get the message: "sorry can't pin the visualization yet try again later". I can see the map without problem in the report, both desktop...

Hi Anonymous 

Do you have the solution for this? The problem still exist with Azure map. I cannot tile it on teh dashboard.
