Cannot load model Couldn't load the model schema associated with this report.

Hi all,

 

I have connected to synapse sql dedicated pool database(direct quiery) .But i am getting this error while refresh the report in service,but desktop level it is refreshing fine. I have power BI pro (trail) lisence.

can any budy assist on this.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Please check whether the gateway is working properly and whether the data source is connected.

    You could check the Issues forum here:
    https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues.

    If it is not there, then you could post it.

    Hi Team,

    My issuie is still going on  i have few questions and written in below

    >> for synaspce dedicated pool it is cloud right .so currenty i dont have any gateways configured. if it riqured for gateways i will be confgire.

    >> with out gateways is it not possible to refresh with direct query ?

    please  ansr me above my questions.

        The above  data soruce I am using  in Power BI  desktop  and publishing into service .

        there I am getting error once i refresh this report(direct query)
