Cannot install Azure Backup app

Hello,

I am trying to setup azure backup reporting Following these instructions here https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/backup/backup-azure-configure-reports .  I have setup the storage account a few days ago, I have logged into Power BI, I have clicked on "get data/service content packs/azure backup/get it now".   After clicking on "get it now", the screen flickers and then I get taken back to the Power BI dashboard.  I never get the window asking me to connect to my Azure Backup Account.  I Have tried 3 different browsers and 3 different computers.  the problem seems to be within Power BI.  

Can anyone help?

      The problem isn't that I don't get data from Azure Backup, The problem is that I cannot get the Azure Backup app to install into PowerBI.  I never get the window to connect to the backup account.

        I was finally able to get the app installed into Power BI, the popup window started showing up to connect to storage account.  I connected to storage account with the key.  All Azure Backup reports are blank.  I see the data in the azure storage account, but it isn't flowing into power bi reports.  I see that someone mentioned a tool above to track data, but I don't know how to use the tool.  Does anyone know how to troubleshoot Data not getting pushed to Power BI?

      Thanks for the input, but it looks like fiddler is for local https debugging traffic.  How would I use this to trouleshoot Azure to Power BI traffic?
