Cannot import Q&A visual to the Power BI Service

Hi Community,

I have created a dashboard by using an imported data in power BI Desktop.In that dashboard there is page containing Q&A visual.

the Q&A  works fine in the Desktop, but when I publish the dashboard  to the Power BI service , the Q&A visual is there but its not working as it suppose to.

So is there anything I need to enable on the service side to get the Q&A visual?
