Hello, after clicking on the focus mode and clicking on show data, there is no option to hide the data and go back to focus mode without showing the data. The only option is to go back to the report and click on focus mode again.
In the documentation, it says this (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/visuals/service-reports-show-data)
To hide the data, de-select Explore > show data.
But I cannot find this option. Am I missing something? Thanks!
Hi @gallaghr ,
In Power BI Service, this option can be found when New look off. But based on my test, when turn off it, it will back to report directly and exit the focus mode. We will notice you if we find where the issue is.

I'm not sure I understand what you are saying. I tried to test my app with the new look off, but the behavior persists. It looks like you are testing a report. Can you please retest using an app? Thanks.
Hi @gallaghr ,
Based on my test, this option can be found in the app when new look off, but after reading the document deeply, we did not found that hide the data will not exit focus mode. In conclusion, when new look off, you can find this option in report or app, but when hide the data, it will also exit the focus mode. Sorry for that the option is not supported in new look currently.
