Cannot get true map result on the cloud

1st figure is true map on the desktop version of PowerBI. And 2nd is wrong on the cloud version of PowerBI. They had same data and same setting. Why didn't I get same result with same conditions? ...

    So this map visual got the data but did not render it correctly. For the issue, I cannot reproduce it here. We suggest you to open a ticket here for help if you are a pro user: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/support/

Hi Dong LI,

 

When I zoom in the map, I cannot any bubbles.(It means PowerBI cannot recognize the addresses? no, I can find those address out in bing map and desktop version of PowerBI)

The addresses are in Japanese, but if I use latitude/longitude, I get same result.

 

So, when I right click on the map, I can see a table of the addresses and size data.
