Cannot enable custom visuals in BI Service

Hello, help pls

 

I've created a package from the report and associated data. Report contains custom visuals. When I try to open it there are no visuals and instead I see the message that I need to enable custom visuals. But there's no button to do it. In BI Desktop I see the  yellow button above, but nothing in BI Service

      Hi,

       

      I'm facing the similar issue in Power BI service. We have couple of custom visuals used in our dashboard. They were working fine for quite sometime. But today, i woudn't able to enable them.

       

      Request if someone could help here.
