Cannot download pbix

Hello Team,    Since this morning I cannot download .pbix file from once of our tenants in Power BI Service. I get this error message:    Unable to export to Power BI Desktop (.pbix) format ...

Hi there

Was it working previously?

Also was this an older PBIX, because from a certain date you cannot export older PBIX files?

    I have never tried to download it before. 

    I was aware that 2016 and older pbixs cannot be exported.

    The pbix was created about a month ago.

      Ok cool, I am going to then guess there is some issue with the Power BI Service.

      Do you not have a previous version of the PBIX?

        I can download from another tenant, so it must be specific to this tenant. 

        I do have earlier version of pbix but it's not reachable at the moment.
