Cannot download .PBIX with Live Connection

Hi all!   I've created a report connected to a semantic model. When I want to download the report to work in PowerBI Desktop the "Download" button is disabled.    
Need Help

    Hi devGV_88 

    It's been disabled at the tenant level. Power BI tenant Admin can enable it for you or for security group.
