Cannot delete template app workspace

I need to get rid off tempalte app workspace, which I've created. The workspace is empty now - no files, no apps. When I go to workspace setting and click Delete Workspace nothing happens. Check Video here. Any advice? Thanks.

It's a known issue raised by other user(ICM:238898011).

The relevant information I got is as follows:

The fix is riding train 2021/05.3 and is expected to reach PROD on 18/05.
