Cannot connect to the mashup data source

Hi All,

 

Since last Friday, all published dashboard will no longer be refreshed in the Power BI Online Service while this has worked for months. The following message is displayed:

 

Cannot connect to the mashup data source

I did not succeed in finding out what caused this error and wondered if anyone could help me with this? I have already tried to restart the gateway and republish the dashboard, but this did not work.

 

If you need more information please let me know.

    Hi v-frfei-msft,

     

    After updating the gateway, the problem was not resolved. A restart of the gateway has solved the problem.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Please update your gateway to the latest  version and try again.
