Cannot connect to the mashup data source

Hello Power BI(s)  :)

I used to making refresh the report from power bi service (on demand/scheduled) successfully without any errors (for more than month)

without making any changes, Yesterday I started to see this error  :

    Hi Waritex

     

    Can you make sure that you have got the last version of the On-Premise Data Gateway installed?

    It could be a version mismatch between the Mashup Engine from your Power BI Desktop and the On-Premise Data Gatway.

     

    Also if you can confirm that the data source online is successful and good to go?

      Yes I can confirm that data source is onlline 100%

       about the version yes  I have the latest one which

    Hi Waritex,

     

    Sometimes network instability may also cause this problem. Have you solved your problem now?

     

    In addition, you could have a reference of this similar thread  which has been solved.

     

    If you still need help, please let me know the details.

     

    1. What data source do you use and how do you connect it?

    2. Could you refresh successfully in Power BI Desktop?

    3. Will you have this error if you refresh manully in Power BI Service?
