Cannot connect to oData Nav with app.powerbi.com

I have published oData in Nav17 and with PowerBi desktop I can connect to data with oData connector. I retrieve data as tables properly. But I need to get Nav app in app.powerbi.com to get Nav content pack with reports.

for that, I do the same as I've done in desktop, but all I get is never ending loading animation without any error.

What can be the cause of this issue? Is it something with power bi connection or nav publishing oData way?

I will add that I authorize myself to nav through domain user if it makes difference.

Hi @don_Kamillo,

When you connect Nav content pack following the steps in this blog? It's weird to never end loading data without error? In Power BI desktop, you can get the data soon?

Best Regards,
Angelia

@v-huizhn-msft

yes, I exactly did like on this blog. In the desktop, I get data immediately (but only data without reports).

Any idea where to look for solution?

Hi @don_Kamillo,

Yes, in desktop, we can only import the data whatever datasource you use. You need to create the report by yourself, you can use this app template to create report.

Best Regards,
Angelia
