Cannot connect to MYSQL

Hi,

I already downloaded and installed mysql-connector-net (the one required to install before connecting to MYSQL).

However, when I tried connecting to a data base from MYSQL, it failed and said "We couldn't authenticate with the credentials provided".

Any idea why this is happening? I only had one root account in MYSQL and I know the password. But when I used this to try connecting, it just keeps failing.

According to your error message prompt, it maybe a permission/authentication error. 

I suggest that you can try to edit the credentials or delete the credential information in the data source setting and try again.

Hi, I deleted all credential info and tried again but still having the same issue. What should I do next?
