Cannot change data source credentials to anything different than current credentials because of SSO

Hello, I'd like to set up in my dataset a sharepoint data source  that would use a generic O365 account. I'm following this guide https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/refresh-data...

Thanks for your help, this is appreciated. Unfortunately, the problem remains:

Although I know some credentials are accepted (mine) because there is no error, those are not the ones I would like the system to use (i.e. the generic account).

Hi Seb_Lz ,

 

There have been a couple more folks add to this thread with the same problem.  If this was resolved, can you tell us how?  If this was not resolved, maybe it is time for a Microsoft ticket?

    Dear collin

    We're still experiencing the problem, no solution found on my side. Given the amount of replies of people who confirm this issue, I guess that indeed it's probably time for a ticket... would you mind opening it for us collinq (reading your posts I see you're willing to help and you are probably much more familiar with this process than us) ?
