Cannot cancel Recurring billing
Hello, I have activated a Power BI Pro licence in June. Since then my work email has changed (Same company but different domain). I am now trying to stop the recurring billing on the old address, but...
Thanks to all that have answered, but unfortunately the situation is not yet solved.
Even my company admin cannot see the licence being assigned to my account. I have tried to use the online support, with no luck. I have tried to call the support number 800 642 7676, they kept me waiting for over half an our, and no reply.
And in the meantime my card gets charged every month without fail!
It is unbelieavable that a company like Microsoft has such a poor level of customer support.

Is there really no Microsoft representative able to help me???
