Hello, I have activated a Power BI Pro licence in June. Since then my work email has changed (Same company but different domain). I am now trying to stop the recurring billing on the old address, but I cannot access it anymore. Can somebody support please?

If the phone line is busy, you can also try to Submit your incident through the Microsoft CSE Service Portal .

I really am speachless, over a month and no Microsoft employee that can solve the situation, while keep charging my card, this is a scam

Try to cancel the subscription as the administrator of the old address .
If it still fails, it is recommended that your admin use his account to open a support ticket (fill in your own contact information). In addition, you can also contact Microsoft Professional Support : +1-800-936-4900 , but this is not free.

Thanks to all that have answered, but unfortunately the situation is not yet solved.
Even my company admin cannot see the licence being assigned to my account. I have tried to use the online support, with no luck. I have tried to call the support number 800 642 7676, they kept me waiting for over half an our, and no reply.
And in the meantime my card gets charged every month without fail!
It is unbelieavable that a company like Microsoft has such a poor level of customer support.

You may need to contact your organization's M365 administrator to take over and migrate your account subscription.Once admin cancel a self-service purchase subscription, users with licenses lose access to the product. The user who originally bought the self-service purchase subscription receives an email that says the subscription was canceled.
