Cannot add several security groups to app permissions

I have a Power BI app from a workspace. I can add one seucrity group to the permission, but when I try to add a second one I get the message "cannot add invalid or duplicate email address".

Until recently I was able to do it. I have one app with permissions for 6 security groups.

When adding the first group:

Any idea ?

This is an ongoing issue which Microsoft is aware of and has updated the information on support page.
