Cannot access app.powerbi.com in any browser
This site is inaccessible
Check if the address app.powerbi.com is correct.
If there are no errors, try running a Windows network diagnostic.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAINI get the above error when I try to access Power BI service on the browser.
Tested different browsers and incognito mode.
Updated network drivers and done several other troubleshooting, sometimes it loads, and most of the time it doesn't.
Please provide us with a solution.

The error that "this site is inaccessible" can come from lots of different issues - one of them might be that you have to be spcific about the URL - the URL can be this: https://app.powerbi.com/home (with the https://).
It could be that this site is blocked within your domain?
Do you get the same issue on your phone as with your PC?
Are you on a VPN that might be doing something with redirection?
I found this answer:
NXDOMAIN?
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN error appears when the domain name system cannot resolve a website’s URL into an IP address, making the web browser unable to reach it. The NXDOMAIN in the error code implies that the domain is non-existent.But, since I am on it right now and since we know it is working then I think the issue is within your domain/firewall/ports.
You may want to do a network trace (like with Fiddler) to see where the block occurs.

Can you try on a different network, it sounds like it could be an issue with your internet connection?
