Cannot Refresh PowerBI on portal after certificates was applied on Server where Gateway is installed

Rebooting Server and SQL Server both after udpating Gateway to latest verison it worked ! Thank you for replies and help ! Much appreciated.

Thankyou @lbendlin for your response. As Mentioned that will slove your issue.
Open SQL Server Configuration Manager, go to SQL Server Network Configuration, and select Protocols for the instance. Right-click Protocols, choose Properties, and go to the Certificate tab. Select the new certificate, click Apply, and restart the SQL Server service.

Additionally, you may consider attempting the following workaround if necessary:

If the Data Gateway is using a specific certificate, update its configuration to reference the new one. Ensure the certificate has the correct server name in the Subject Name (CN). Restart the On-premises Data Gateway service to apply the updates.
