Cannot Purchase PowerBI Pro (per user)

Hi, 

I want to purchase PowerBI Pro per user plan using my microsoft development account that i've created before,

 

i already fill up my billing information account with my credit card info but whenever i click purchase this notification comes up, i don't know what it means, i've already google it but no answer.

 

"Remove from your cart to complete this purchase. isn't compatible with a product that your organization already has.  (CV: Ks9i0xj6+yjlBaL9.1.13)"

 

please, can anyone here help me ? 🙏

i need the license to support my job creating visual report for my office needs

    Hi Tammafood-DA ,

    Please try below steps:

    1. Please confirm your administror enable self-service sign-up and purchasing

    2. Please confirm you do not have Pro license now
