Cannot Login to Power BI Web Service

I am using MS Edge as a web browser;  attempting to sign-in through: https://app.powerbi.com renders an Internal Server Error every time before I get to the login screen.      I've tried other brow...
Need Help

    Hmm... it works in the InPrivate window, not the regular one [even after emptying the cache].  Very weird.  I guess this will do for now.  Thanks.

Hi illmatic ,

 

Strange !!!

Usually what happens(or what I've personally seen) is that there are many features and formatting that actually works in Edge(although very slow execution) but not in Chrome or Firefox.

 

What you can do is try the below:

1. Try in Edge's InPrivate Window

2. Try after clearing cache browser cache

3. Make sure app.powerbi is not blacklisted

4. Remove Edge from system and re-install and then try

 

If everything fails, create a support ticket with MS for dedicated help. Link

    If it works in InPrivate tab, then probably this has something to do with the browser settings. Maybe your organisation's admin team can with this.

     

    Also, kindly accept the solution if it worked so that others can be have benefit when surfed for similar issue !
