Cannot Find/Edit - Previously Published App / Report

I cannot locate a previous created report that was published to my organizations Apps Space. I need to edit the permissions but cannot locate the file in my workspace to do so. I can find the published App in my organizations Apps but it does not recognize me as the creator, which i am, and it wont let me edit the interactions.

How do i find the "Master/Original" file that will allow myself to edit permissions and or delete the App entirely.

Any Help would be greatly appreciated!

This did not solve the problem. However i did find a thread that discussed the issue, around delteing the wokspace prior to changing access.

Hi @rhcentennialh ,

Please check the access of the workspace.  Based on my test, I can't edit the app when I am a viewer in an app workspace or I am a member who can only view the content in a classic workspace. If you are the same as me, you need to contact admin to change the access, and then you could edit those apps.
