Cannot Export PBIX file created in PBI Service

Hi, I've we've created reports directly in our workspace from a dataset on the Web, but when I come to export to Desktop so that I can re-point to our Dev Data Set, I cannot download and get this message - are there any workarounds vs re-creating the dashboards/reports so I can repoint the data source?

    I hope you are trying to export form below option 

     

     

    Sometimes it is due to network issue, but you should be able to download the pbix from web.

    If the issue persist I would suggest to raise ticket with Support from Support | Microsoft Power BI

      Hi, Thanks for your response, Yes this is the option we are using, we've had multiple people from our team try different days and time of day with no success, I will raise a support ticket.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    You can contact to powerbi admin to confirm if export feature are disabled on admin portal side.

     

    If the data set is too large, it may also cause the download to fail.

     

    In addition, there are a few important considerations and limitations associated with downloading a .pbix file from the Power BI service.
