According to the feedback so far, we found that this is a known issue and has been reported (ICM 285199713). Now that the fix has been deployed to the product environment, you can test again to see if the issue has been resolved.

Anonymous I don't speak correlation id's. You could check the Issues forum here:
https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
And if it is not there, then you could post it.
If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".Hi Anonymous ,
For your description, do you mean the "Cannot Convert report to PPT" button is not available or the report is exported in error?
There are many reasons in powerbi that can lead to the above error. If this feature is turned off in the admin portal, it may not be possible to export to PPT.If unsupported visual objects are used, exported reports are too large, and processing time is exceeded, it can lead to errors in the PPT.
