Hi everyone,
Just came across a very concerning issue: I cancelled one account's permission to access one of our reports, but this report still keeps showing up in the 'Shared with me' section.
As you can see, there is no permission for this account (that starts with UIT00002):
I did the same for the dashboards and the datasets. No permission is found.
However, when I check the environment of this specific account, the report still keeps showing up:
How can I make sure that this report does not show up? Does anyone have any advice?
Unfortunately, I experience a lot of challenges lately with regards to permission control in Power BI. Hopefully, the incongruences of the last few months are solved soon.
@BIfanatic Is this a constant? What I mean is that there are some actions that take a little bit of time to propogate. So, a removal and immediate check may produce an unexpected result because it hasn't been pushed across the entire environment yet.
@BIfanatic I would file a support ticket.
