Cancelling Power BI Embedded subscription

Yes all capacities need to be cancelled individually
If you have purchased the embedded capacity from Azure portal then you can go and delete that from portal
if this is purchased from O365 portal then this can be calcelled with same request while cancelling the Premium capacity
