Cancel Power BI help!
I have tried multiple times to cancels my Power BI monthly subscription. I cannot find a customer support email or chat or anything. They want me to do it through the site by signing in, but NONE of my credentials work and require a work email.... Well I didn't even have a work email or job when I signed up so I have no idea what that could be. They've been charging me for over a year now and I have tried randomly for months to cancel. I don't have time to mess with this anymore which is why I've allowed it to go on for so long.
Hey Microsoft, please contact me via my gmail or something!

Hi clspruiell
It sounds extremely frustrating to deal with a Power BI subscription that you cannot cancel due to login issues and lack of access to your credentials. Since you didn’t sign up with a work email and are unable to remember your login details, it’s important to first attempt using your personal Microsoft account (e.g., Outlook.com or Hotmail), as many people use this for Power BI, especially for individual subscriptions. If you’ve forgotten your credentials, use the Microsoft account recovery page to reset your password and regain access to the account. Alternatively, if you have access to the payment method used to pay for your Power BI subscription, you can check your bank statements for transaction references or billing details from Microsoft, which might help identify your account. Once you have access to your account, you should be able to go to Microsoft’s subscription management page at account.microsoft.com/services to cancel your subscription. If logging in still doesn’t work, you can try contacting Microsoft directly through their support page. Microsoft has a live chat and phone support feature, which you can use to request help with your subscription cancellation even without access to your account. If Microsoft’s support channels are unresponsive or if you still cannot log in, you can dispute the charges with your bank or payment provider, explaining that you’ve been trying to cancel without success. Lastly, if none of these methods resolve the issue, you can escalate the case to a higher level of support by requesting a supervisor or billing specialist who may have the tools to assist in terminating the subscription and reversing any charges.
