Can workspaces open to reports rather than dashboards by default?

Can we set workspaces to open to the Reports tab rather than the Dashboards tab by default?

Likewise, when checking usage metrics for reports one-by-one, after each report usage metric is run we are sent back to Dashboards rather than Reports. This gets annoying when it has to be repeated multiple times.
