For observing traffic and other details need usuage data of all workspaces in one dashboard.

Hi,

You can use Audit-Log that will give all the activities happened in your PowerBI Tenant within a given period as a CSV file. 

You can use this CSV file to build a report to clearly analyse which dashboard is created within which workspace, who created/edited/deleted/dowloaded/exported a report/dashboard and so on.

The second option is to use a PowerShell script,  which can be more flexible - you can quickly download a CSV file just for one particular day and can analyse it.

Currently, there are two options to track user activity: The Power BI activity log and the unified audit log.
